Roadside Creatures

I am posting 2 days in a row and am pretty sure I won't be able to keep up this pace. Kudos to the blogs I read that post everyday.

On the Great Road Trip of September 2019, these friendly guys came over to investigate, or maybe they were hungry. Who knows!

Squad Goals

You know what happens when you assume...

This horse had one pretty blue eye (he has 2 eyes, but only one was blue). Notice his friends heading over.

  1. ...you need to understand that many bloggers are retired like me. My blog helps to keep my aging mind sharp. It's always a pleasure to see your blog pop up on my reader list.

  2. I think that most bloggers would be hard pressed to come up with something interesting or significant every day, so don't worry about the frequency of your posts, I always enjoy them - and that's what counts.

    1. Thanks David! Sometimes I like getting history and writing a long piece but sometimes it's just nice to post just to have record of something I saw or did. Having great readers is a bonus!

  6. The term I've heard used for a horse with one blue eye is to say he has a "glass eye."

  7. Jenn you take the most awesome and interesting photographs. I am retired with lots of spare time but it is still a challenge to post everyday. The best thing is to take your time and post when you can.

  12. I love stopping to say "hello" to the roadside animals as well. Take along a bag of carrots...you'll be immensely popular with the horses and donkeys.
